1. Information We Collect

- Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name and email address.
- Payment Information: If you purchase subscriptions or credits, your financial details are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payments (e.g., date and transaction amount) but do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
- Audio Files and Prompts: To provide our AI stem separation and transcription services, you upload audio files (such as MP3, WAV, M4A). These files are securely transmitted to our cloud backend for processing.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our website, such as page views, button clicks, processing times, IP addresses, browser types, and device information.
2. Audio Processing and Data Retention Policy
When you upload an audio file to JamScore AI, the file is processed on our secure cloud servers to split stems or generate MIDI/sheet music notation. Your data is managed under the following retention policies:
- Free Account: Generated stems and output results are kept securely in our cloud storage for 36 hours, after which they are automatically deleted.
- Creator Account: Stems and output results are retained for 30 days.
- Pro Account: Stems and output results are retained for 90 days.
- Manual Deletion: You can delete any project and its associated source audio/outputs from your Library at any time, which immediately deletes the files from our active cloud storage.
3. Model Training Policy
We respect your creative work. We do NOT use your uploaded audio files, generated stems, or custom sheet music transcriptions to train, test, or refine our AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and deliver the core audio separation and notation services.
- To manage credit transactions, subscriptions, and accounts.
- To analyze and optimize app performance and user experience.
- To communicate updates or respond to customer support requests.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions or security violations.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or audio files to third parties. We may share information under the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party partners who provide cloud infrastructure, database hosting, billing systems, and web analytics. These providers only access data necessary to perform their business tasks.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by subpoena, court order, or governmental regulations.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including SSL encryption) to protect your account and uploaded media during transmission and storage. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access, update, or request the deletion of your account and personal information at any time by emailing us. You can also opt-out of promotional communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.
